Product Description
ZTA ceramic plate is made of high-purity zirconia (ZrO2) and alumina (Al2O3) powder as the main raw materials, adding a variety of rare elements, high-pressure molding, high-temperature sintering, and high wear-resistant composite ceramics. It has the advantages of high hardness and strong toughness. Compared with ordinary ceramic plates, the service life of ZTA ceramic plates is 2.5 times. At present, it mainly focuses on the application of equipment such as chutes and hoppers.

Product Features
1. High wear resistance: The most critical property of wear-resistant ceramics is wear resistance, and the main factor affecting wear resistance is hardness. ZTA wear-resistant ceramics use alumina as the main material, and the hardness can reach above RHA85, so the wear resistance is guaranteed.
2. Impact resistance: The impact resistance of ordinary wear-resistant ceramics is weak, and it is easy to break under certain high-impact working conditions. However, ZTA wear-resistant ceramics add zirconia based on alumina, which greatly improves the toughness and the impact resistance.
3. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance: Wear resistance can not only deal with physical wear but also with acid and alkali corrosion common in industrial production. The main materials of ZTA wear-resistant ceramics are zirconia and α-alumina, both of which are stable oxides and do not easily react with acid and alkali, so their acid and alkali corrosion resistance is also very strong.
